You mean they have beer here?
Not only does Denver have a million places to eat, but the breweries! You know you are in trouble when you stop by a local brewery ask for a flight of beer and they bring you nine. Not two or three small samples, but nine. I like to think of this as a warm up to the evening. Thank you Denver Chop House & Brewery. As for dinner, Wynkoop Brewing Company was the winner. Venison Bourguignonne called to me and kept me warm and happy all night. After a few more stops and a few more pints, it was time for dessert. Just a block from home is a place called Strings. It is a very cozy high end restaurant that has a very nice dessert menu. Meyer lemon tart with blood orange coulis and grapefruit sorbet. So light, refreshing and a perfect compliment to the last I.P.A. of the night.
