Thank you.

A big thank you to everyone that voted on the Chef’s Academy Facebook competition.  I am so very appreciative of everybody that supported not only me, but also the Chef’s Academy.  The votes were tallied and I am happy to say I won!  I was so excite to hear this news, and also pick up my prize, a new Amazon Kindle.  I realize this is a little nerdy to be this excited about an electronic gadget, but there was a method to my madness.  I can enter in all my formulas and have them all at my fingertips without having to carry around all my cookbooks.  While there is nothing better than reading a cookbook in the kitchen, the ability to carry them all around at once has its perks.

This week will be a fast and fun week for me.  I will be finishing my internship with Cindy, finishing my time in the kitchen with Pizzology and finishing my very last classroom class at the Chef’s Academy.  So many things are coming to an end, but yet so many things are just beginning.
